3D Measurement Table

Measurement table is a system that allows to measure objects with a precision of 0.5mm

Main Features
Measurement zone size:
1400x750mm

System parts:
– IR pen: human interface to machine
– two NIR cameras: allow to detect IR Pen position in 3D space (by stereoscopic vision)
– one color camera: is used to record a proof of the measurement (photo and video)

Measurement mode:
– Point-2-Point
– Drag (allow to measure round areas)

Enhanced Operations:
– SUM: group tougher a couple of measures (Point-2-Point or drag)
– PHOTO: take photo to report a problem
– REFERENCE: allow to measure a reference distance to measure
– COMPARE: compare to dimensions and return the difference
